Beautiful home near the University, the owner can ride a bike to his classes. The had already done the kitchen when I got there, they only needed a new owner's suite, bath and covered veranda. Lee Willm of Willm construction did a fabulous job of matching the vintage exterior details. The owner found that cool fireplace kit on the internet for me. Really made some nice interior and exterior spaces for this home.
