Custom Homebuilders: The Barry Davis Company Inc.: One of the Lexington areas finest builders, I recommend him highly to all of my Lexington area clients. He builds both sides of the lake, Lexington side and Chapin side too. Dick Wohlers Homes Inc: Dick builds fine custom homes in the lake Murray and Chapin area. He has a fine website that shows the building process pretty well. Remodeling contractors: RED Construction: Richard Davis and I have worked on many projects together. I can highly recommend him for your remodeling needs. Specialty contractors: Mt. Valley Construction Company: The foundation repair experts. If you have a sagging foundation, or a fireplace pulling away from the wall, these guys can easily fix it. National supplier pages: Ebuild.com: National resource database for everything in the home, including the kitchen sink! New home communities: Lake Carolina: Northeast Columbia. New community with a nice lake amenity. Hosted the 2000 Parade of Homes. They have a new neighborhood called Harborside that I'm working in. It's a master planned Traditional Neighborhood Development. Really exciting stuff! Longcreek Plantation: Northeast Columbia. Well planned group of neighborhoods around a nice lake and golf course. Upscale living. University Club: Blythewood, SC. Upscale development themed after the University of South Carolina. I hear they have a really nice golf course, too. I really am going to have to take up that game sometime. I just did some really good rear entry garage product for a section of the community.
