ideas! Gilmore Consulting: If you’re going to build green you need a rater. Joseph is HERS and NAHB program cerified. Cutters Insulation: Craig Cutter did the insulation in my new green rated home. He is also a HERS rater. That means if you have an energy problem with your home he can probably find it and fix it.
