Basically you are here looking for a home for your  family.  That's what we're here to do for you.  Our principle associates have been building and designing homes for many years and for many different markets.  A few years ago we realized that this market was underserved.  You may be able to find a good local contractor in your area, maybe not.  You might have to settle for a modular or doublewide to get something that will work in your area.  You might be too far away for a builder in a larger metro area to service your needs.  

It shouldn't be that way.  That's why you're here.  We know you want the best for your family and your situation.  You want a really good floor plan.  You want a really well constructed residence.  You want to take advantage of some of the processes that make large tract builders efficient, but you want a good quality home built on your land, not in the subdivision where that builder builds.  That's our goal too!  To get you the right home for your family, where you want it, the way you want it, and for the best possible price.  You want a builder that can help you find the financing that's right for you, and can navigate the ever complicated world of rural building construction.   Someone that can handle the code restrictions that might apply to your area, such as wind loading, the newer energy codes, stuff like that. Someone that can get you the house that you want, built the right way.  That's our goal also.
