If you see a stock set of plans that you like call me. In the old days when plans were drawn on paper they were pretty hard to change. Copies were done on blueprint machines. You couldn't reverse them and still read them. Now with CADD it's a new world. I can flip them, change the foundation from a crawl space to a slab whatever you need. Most of my plans can be customized. My stock stuff is mostly in demand from builders building spec houses.

Remember: plans can be changed for left or right garage placement or for a front loading garage. You may choose a concrete foundation instead of crawl space construction. Home square footages reflect brick exterior construction, heated area for siding or stucco homes will be less. Other changes may be desired. Call for quote.
