We are based in Columbia, South Carolina, and feature the designs of William Mark Bostic. Complete working drawings can be provided for new homes as well as remodeling projects. Plans in this series range from 1800 through 3150 square feet. Other plans will be added to this site periodically, including basement and narrow lot designs. Custom design services are also available. We are members of NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) Greater Columbia chapter, NAHB Sales and Marketing Council, and NAHB Remodelor's Council.
